In response to the hot discussion among netizens about "Dali XX issuing new regulations: prohibiting XX merchants from using candles during power outages", the XX Protection Administration of Dali City, Yunnan Province, responded on June 30 that the public had misunderstood the content of the relevant documents. As an additional clause of the upcoming "Dali XX Business Owners Fire Safety Inspection Rules", it is a guiding norm, not a mandatory requirement, and the new regulations will not set artificial thresholds for XX merchants.
